Apparently the landlord jacked up their rent and they had to close. This restaurant has been a jewel of the community for over 20 years and it's a shame they were run out of business like that. I'd like to know who owns the building and leave them the review they deserve.
Great mom n pop pizza store! Def better value and taste than other major pizza chains. Our go to is the XL Philly cheesesteak pizza- sooooooo good! Their prosciutto panino is also really good with balanced flavors. Give this place a try- you won't regret it!
We've been loving The Pizza Store for over 10 years, and I've spoken with people who've been regulars for 20 years, always a five-star pizza, every time. We love the crust, it's on the thin side but not so thin that it's crunchy like a cracker. There's a nice chew to the crust but it's not so doughy you feel overloaded after two or three slices. Good sauce, good cheese and the toppings are good and plentiful as well. We especially like the ribeye beef topping - its delicious and a great option for those of us who don't do pork. It's great on the regular red sauce pizza and they also do a tasty Philly cheese pizza as well.
Great food! Cold beer! Very laid back atmosphere with a lot of tv's. Jeff is great and always so friendly. We never feel rushed and we always feel welcome. The Gluten free pizza is great and most recently the cauliflower crust is awesome. I don't like cauliflower as a vegetable but the pizza crust is amazing! My kids like the wings and mozzarella sticks. Was just there yesterday and noticed a sign for a pastrami pizza. Going to be my next order. Highly recommend The Pizza Store.

I've been to LA, Chicago and New York City.... this slice of Pepperoni was one of the best I've ever had! My wife who is gluten-free, ate most of my slice so I had to get another haha. If we are ever in the area we will absolutely come back!
Right across from the Laguna Hills Community Center in the Ralph's shopping center, Pizza Store has been dishing it out for as long as I can remember and I'm getting old.,. We always do take out, they have an online ordering system, which is nice and usually get pizza, wings, antipasto salad and garlic bread. If you get the wings, go for the spicy and ask for them extra crispy - that's how we roll. Owner has always been very nice to us through the years and the Pizza Store has always support LHHS sports. Support your local.
Old school since 1979. I called around the area to see who sold pizza by the slice since we didn't want to order a full pizza. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic some pizza shops stopped offering pizza by the slice. We ordered a cheese and a mushroom pizza with a diet Coke for $10. I'm glad the added outdoor seating which is perfect for us because I hate eating on the hood of our car. We really enjoyed the pizza and the dough wasn't too thin or thick and had the perfect flavor.
I can't wait to try more of their menu, but the chicken pesto sandwich never disappoints. Great friendly owner and staff too. Love supporting local. For the chicken pesto....Big sandwich, great bread, super reasonable price..
